Did some interval training to mix it up a bit. I have a tendancy to do some workouts day after day and I think that is one of the reasons I don't see alot of change in my weight and performances. So I did about 20 min. of arms, sholders and back weights. Moving quickly between machines. Then intervals on the elliptical, 2 min at a moderate pace, 2 minutes at high intencity. It took me a couple of reps to get the right settings for the two paces but after that I did the program 50 minutes, then a monderate easy for the last ten minutes for an hour of cardio. Tomorrow will be an easy workout. I won't be able to take my daughter because I will need to get a quick workout in before I go to the nutritional class again. I'm hoping I like it a bit more this time.

Nutritional classes sound fun, obviously the first one seemed a bit of a bust. I hope this one is better! Intervals are great for training and weight loss. I still use your TM/weights interval you used to do! Nice work getting it all in!!

You're doing a great job keeping up your workouts. I think it's a good day to alternate harder workouts with easy ones. Let us know if you learn anything good at the nutritional class.
