Another day of biking... I did 45 minutes on the spin bike that they have in the back far corner of the gym... so needless to say I didn't have the best position to do any people watching. Hmmm oh well, knee felt slightly better. Here's to hoping things will get better.

A slightly better knee is going in the right direction.

Did you hide yourself in the back corner of the gym, or was that all that was available.

I did a little bit of people watching for you yesterday. I was in the gym at work and a guy came in and got on the elliptical. He was wearing heavy bright orange sweat pants and a flannel shirt. I thought that was a strange outfit to work out in.

Thanks Ben, I'm going to need a ton of prayers I think. There is a pool at my gym and I have been considering doing some pool running.

Carolyn, the back corner is where the spin bikes are that are not in the class room. Since I didn't have time to wait for a spin class to start I just do it on my own. Glad to see my people watching skills are rubbing off.
