6 on the elliptical... felt pretty good, finished in just 11 seconds over the hour make, I tried to keep a pretty good pace. Knee feels a bit wobbly after I finished, but not really painful.

Great job on the elliptical. It is hard to go fast on an elliptical, the motion is a little strange. I hope you knee is feeling better, and heals quickly.
