5 miles on the elliptical... stress seemed to be a factor today, just wanted to sweat for a long time and not think about anything so I stayed on the elliptical hoping to rid myself of the stressfull feelings. I ended up mowing the lawn also when I got home... then needed a long conversation with my hubby, after that I was feeling a bit better.

Darn that stress! I hope that the sweating helped and that the conversation was productive.

Yes, I like to sweat the stress out too. How's the knee doing these days?

I need to mow my lawn. Thanks for the inspiration.

Have you tried running lately? The knee seems to be doing GREAT with all the elliptical you are doing!

What is it with stress lately? Well, at least we have good workouts we can do to let it all out before we talk to our husbands (otherwise I just freak out at him!!!)

Hope all is well! Are you doing either the TOU half or full? I am thinking you are still inujured so probably not, but figures I would ask!
