Today I ran before work!!! I was planning on climbing after work with my co-workers, but it got canceled due to some other obligations, and the weather is getting rainy so it was probably for the best.

About 1 mile into my run I was back at my house for a potty break… it would be nice if I could make it through a run lately without needed a potty break. Anyway for the most part it was a good run, felt pretty good most of it. I struggled a bit on the two hills. Legs started to hurt and breathing was getting hard… don’t really know what that is about.

Good for you getting out before work today! You're maintaining your position in the sub-6 club.

I tend to have potty issues when I run early in the morning, more so than at other times.

Yeah, great job getting out early! Your mile splits always look fast to me. Keep up the good work. When is your next race?

It got raining pretty hard down here in Farmington this afternoon.

Hey nice work getting out early. I haven't been posting so much lately, but I've been watching!

The only way for me to avoid needing toilets in the morning runs is to give up my coffee and I don't want to do that. The coffee makes the 1/2 and 1/2 taste better - lol! I have found routes with toilets.

Em - there is nothing better than straight half and half.
