The plan was to run in the morning because I had so much going on after work. But I didn't even hear the alarm go off... So I ran on my lunch break. It was not too bad, but I got rather hot! Thank heavens there is a shower at work. Was hoping that I would get 6 miles in, but I needed to stop at every potty along the route (good thing they were open this time) and so I was getting way too long, time wise, for a lunch run. Took it pretty easy, besides the tummy issuse I felt pretty good, I hope there is a little speed saved up for tomorrows 5K.

I'm glad you were able to sleep AND get your workout in! Great job getting it all done, I'm sure the 5K tomorrow will be GREAT!
