So my DH is always a snorer, but he has been congested with a cold lately and it is making it worse. Even with my earplugs he woke me at about 4:30 this morning. After a good deal of nudgeing on my side to see if I could get him to stop. I finnaly realized that even if he somehow quite snoring, I would not be able to get back to sleep. So I got up and decided to run. I needed to put new batteries in the headlight, it was not very bright, and I was out of the door by 4:50. It was very dark, just a fingernail sliver of a moon in the dark sky. I warmed up around the neighborhood for about 1.5 miles, stopped back at the house for a potty break. Then ran my five mile loop, circled the nieghborhood a bit more and back home. Not a good run for the fact that my right hip and shin hurt the entire time... really annoing. Not sure what more I need to do to get things feeling better.

Sorry about the achiness. But great job getting out there. I know so many people who would wake up in that situation and instead of doing something productive, would grab a massive bowl of cereal and watch infomercials.

Wow, that's an early run for sure! Wasn't the moon just gorgeous this morning?

Jun, I have been that person before, but I'm really trying to be better. There are benifits to getting my run done first thing in the morning.

Sno, It was lovely... and as I was looking at it I thought of you, wondered if you were running in the dark.

Wow. You really were up early. I'm sorry that your hip and shin are giving you trouble. I wish I knew how to help you.

DH? Designated husband?

From Metcalf Running on Tue, Apr 21, 2009 at 15:21:36 from 207.225.192.66

DH for me is usually Dear Hubby LOL but it could go as deignated since I did choose him :) You know at this time I have 2 LOL

Kidding, the second one is really not a husband even though I say he is. He is our friend that is living with us for a bit. He is great at doing all the housecleaning, dishes and most of the cooking. I have thoughly enjoyed having a second husband. :)

I've had some of those. Never consumated them, tho. So that makes it legit.

4:50? Hardcore!

From Metcalf Running on Tue, Apr 21, 2009 at 16:16:02 from 207.225.192.66

Burt... Yep no comsumating...with him, just abusing his ability to clean :)

Monte... 4:50? Me hardcore, I think you are mistaken.
