So I had my works 5K that I had to work at. I talked Sue into helping out also, then we could run after. So while I was picking up some boxes of shirts for the race from the printers. I was holding the do open with my leg since I was holding the box with my hands, the door slid down the back of my foot. I toughed it out and Sue and I ran after the our work was done at the race. As you can see by my picture running didn't help it too much, it was also about 87 degrees by the time we got running, I was HOT!! One of the kids that was helping us at the race told me I was a hard core runner LOL I guess he didn't see my waddling along on my run.

At the very least, you are a hardcore waddler.

Hey, I saw the back of your foot at the race and wondered what happened to you.

I felt bad that I didn't get a chance to ask you after I noticed it. It looked really bad to me. I hope it doesn't hurt as bad as it looked.

Hey CW you finally joined!!! Good to see you here :) Just a stupid accident on my part, I'm sure I will be better in a couple of days.
