Ran the parkway... then when I got to the top I continuted up the dirt path... not as far as I did last week. I felt a bit drained today, don't really know what's up, I tried to pick up the pace at about the 6.5 mile mark... tried to keep the pace at about 8mm but I think I failed miserably.

We are going to Park City tomorrow thur Monday for a long 4th of July weekend. They will probably have a 5K on Saturday I will try to run. I will be taking it easy today and Friday.

I really like the rail trail outside of Park City. I ran it when I was there before the Ogden Marathon. You should check it out if you get a chance.

In any case, have fun in Park City, and good luck with the 5K.

Good luck on your 5K! A few days of rest will probably revive your running.

Have you read "Good Grief"? It is by Lolly something. It's a great cry and a hysterical laugh.
