Not feeling too good... still have a sore throat, so I decided not to run outside. I also didn't have it in me to do my speed/circuit workout. I did do a simple progression run, started at 9:40 for a mile the 9:18 for a mile the 9:00 for a mile. Then I had to stop and potty. Back on the TM 9:00 for a mile, 8:30 for a mile the 8:00 for a mile. Then ran on the indoor track for a mile barfoot... very slow.

The plan is to run on my lunch break today (Friday). Still not feeling very well and I didn't sleep much last night. My Mother-in-law is in the hospital (She lives with us). Then hubby's snoring kept me awake most the night. I'll see how I feel in a few hours.

Oh Lori, it sounds like you're having a rough time. Run if you feel like it's therapeutic for you, but if it's just an obligation you feel like you have to fit in, I say skip it and get some rest.

Hope everyone starts feeling better soon.
