My daughter and I needed to go get our blood drawn again... this will probably be a monthly thing until we are both doing better with out thyroid stuff. Then we went to the gym. 4.2 on the elliptical at a moderate to moderately hard pace. My hubby showed up after he got off work, so I did a bit of arm weights with him. Then daughter and I did where you put your back against the wall then slide down until it's like you are sitting. This dosn't hurt my knee, but seems to be a good exercise for my quads, after that we did abs and streatched.
Probably the best thing that has happend because of my knee, is that my husband and daughter now participate in going to the gym and working out with me. |
