Met Sue at the parkway, it was a bit rainy and very windy. I told her I was probably going to have to walk some of the time and she was fine with that. She brought me a knee brace that her hubby had used for a while. It's neoprean with a padded donut shape around the knee cap, and the knee cap area open. So I was able to run/walk pretty good today!! We ran down to the 21stree pond, around the pond then back to the Monroe street parking lot where we started. By the time we stopped it was coming down pretty good. I personally love this!! it made be feel like a real runner, someone who runs no matter what! I have not felt that in a while.

Congratulations! I'm so glad you were able to get out and run. How did the knee feel during the run? And after?

Lovely! Did you have to ice afterwards? Rain can be great, we have just had way too much here lately.

Running off the treadmill seemed to be easier on me, I didn't feel so choppy in my running if that makes any since. I don't know how to explain the feeling. Knee did OK on the run, I should have iced Auntieem I will have to be better at that. I was pretty sore Sunday, knee was a tiny bit stiff on the stairs.
