Just a regular run... nothing to much to say about it. Kept myself to about a 9:20 pace. Really tired now, feeling kind of run down. Hope to get a good nights sleep.

I hope you get a good night's sleep. If you're feeling run down, you should take a break, maybe skip a day of running and get some extra sleep. I think when you're feeling that way, sleep does you more good than running does.
