It rained on and off most of the day so even though it was still pretty warm I loved running outside. Leggs were not as corroperative as I wish they would be. They just felt tight and heavy.

I ran around the city then up into the city cemitary. Tomorrow is my firends birthday, he would have been 51. I can remember when he died I ran in the cemitary all the time. Even though I think I do feel his around me more when I run the trails we used to run  together. But I stopped by for a bit of a chat then snaked through the streets of the cemitary and back to the gym.

Bill (husband) has been getting to the gym alot more then he used to. So we lifted weights for a bit. There was a guy giving free seated massages.... so I got one. I really need to get back to seeing Nate (my massage guy) more often... I really miss that!

Great way to remember your friend! I lived by a cemetary in Seattle and ran there all the time; there is something really cool about it.

I have often wished I lived near Provo and could run through the cemetery where my father is buried - same kind of thoughts.

What a wonderful treat at the gym! Massage and an accompanying hubby. The biggest workout mine gets is walking to and from the mailbox.

Oh Burt.

Hey Lori. I'm sorry I've been neglecting you and everyone else. I'm glad you're still running and that Bill is making it to the gym. Is he all buff now?
