I have two doctor appointments today. 1) with the knee doc. I'm hoping I can have him get me some PT so I can get over this last hump. I think I have gotten my knee as far as I can on my own and maybe some PT will help get it even better. 2) NP doc... this is the appointment I'm need more but also am more worried about. She had me read a book on a new appoarch to dealing with my Hashimoto's, it makes alot of since and I have now been gluten free and sugar free for about 2 weeks now, but I'm still not feeling great and I'm just concerned/angry and at the end of my rope! Really hoping that things will start changing soon!

On a side not to this gluten free thing. I have been struggling to find some good bread alturnatives. Out of the three loaves of bread I have purchased there was only one that me and my daughter could eat. The others tasted like styrofoam. Looks like this weekend I will be experimenting with making my own, wish me luck.

Hoping to make it to the gym after all my appointments - Updates to come :)

Good luck with the Drs appts. I've gone wheat free for a bit as well. Not finding it too bad; I don't mind about the bread. I eat a lot of peanut and other nut butters and was missing them, so I've substituted rice cakes. Curious to hear how your homemade bread turns out. I saw a gluten free bread mix at the store, and was tempted to try it, then I figured I'd be too lazy to actually make it.
