I've been married to my husband for 29 years. We have four children and four grandkids.  I'm the department secretary for an automotive safety company. In my spare time (??? spare time???) I sculpt as a hobby and hope one day to do it as a career. www.lorimetcalfdolls.blogspot.com

An hour on the elliptical, lots of stretching... need to do more weights!

I love my hubby, but sometimes I just don't understand him. Every Weds. he buy breakfast for some of the men he works with (they all take turns, Weds. is his day) so on our way to work we pick up his breakfast burritos from Beto's (they are so yummy!). He decides to buy me one... I look at him and say, "I don't think they are gluten free" He says it's just the wrap... HMMM I don't think he understands there is a 0 tolorance policy to this diet. Even small amounts of sugar and gluten are not good, especially at teh begining when I'm trying to get my imune system to calm down. But I got to say it was only with love that he got it. I felt bad saying no... so I took it and gave it to one of the people I work with.

Yeah, I keep trying to eliminate meat from my diet, and my wife doesn't seem to grasp the concept quite yet.

You're workouts have been consistent. That's going to pay off big when you run again.

You are a nice wife. And Im sure the person you gave it to appreciated it.

Yeah, I think men really don't get it. My husband is the same way. I just stopped eating wheat 4 days ago; I think it may a good thing. I feel really good the last few days. But that could be Solstice, or that the iron is finally kicking in, or the sunshsine....
