Tonight I decided I just could not get on the eliptical machine. So I did 50 minutes on the spin bike in the back of the gym. I cranked my ipod, closed my eyes and envisioned I was leading the pack during the Tour de France...Hey a girl can dream right? and it help pass the time. My knee bugged a bit more on the treadmill tonight so I iced it a ton when I got home and I will try to be more consistent with the icing.

What a great dream! I don't blame you for avoiding the elliptical. I really hate that machine.

Yeah, that's one of MY favorite biking daydreams! It really helps me crank up the hills. My knee is not yet perfect either, dang it.

Sorry the knee is still bugging, but I hear you on the elliptical! That machine drives me nuts! After 6 weeks of x-training I dread every day I can't run and have to step on that stupid thing! The bike is a GREAT alternative and with the music cranked and leading the pack - bliss! :)
