| | had to do an early run with Sue, so it was just on the parkway by her house. We ended up doing nine. I was surprised that I still felt pretty good by the end, I was starting to tank, but not too bad. |

| | Run in the dark.... not much to say, knee and hip have been buggy. Oh got freaked out by some guy walking in the dark with no reflective stuff on, did a quick turn around. |

| | Trails with Sue, I was VERY surprised that we were a bit faster then the last time we ran trails. Hip and knee really bugged after this run. I will need to take it easy next week. I will probably be on the elliptical a bit more then I would like. |

The moon was so bright this morning I almost didn't need my headlight. Pretty nice run, felt good... my AP was a bit fast then it has been and no tummy trouble. Hope this trend holds for a while. |

| | No running or anything else. Took my youngest daughter to the airport, she will be staying in Texas with friends for a while. It makes me sad to have her there and I was a bit out of the sorts because of it. |

| | Run after work around the facility that I work at. One of the worst runs I have had in a long time.... EVERYTHING felt bad. I was surprised that my pace was as good as it was. I think I just wanted to get it over with. |

| | First morning that I woke up with out a head ache in 5 day!! I felt so good I got out the door and ran 5 miles :) two of the miles were even under 9mm (just barely) but I'll take it! |
