Had one of those nights where you sleep so sound I don't think I even moved LOL I usually wake up a few times, so it was a nice nights sleep, felt so good :)

My run was pretty good, tummy bugged at mile 2, stopped... potty... then finished feeling better. It's weird that I go through this some weeks then have no tummy trouble other weeks. I should probably log what I'm eating to see if there is something that triggers it. But it wasn't too bad.

Good idea about logging your food to help with the tummy trouble. I NEVER have problems on my runs anymore.. except today! At mile 2 I was also hit and was SUPEr gld that we were in a very remote spot :D

That is so wonderful about your sleep! I rarely sleep well and when I do it is a blessing. I actually was woken up by my running partner at 8am. It was AWESOME!!!!
