I have been cleared to run again and have been out on the road a few times. I am considerably slower then I was before and it has been a bit discoraging to see how much fitness I lost. When I ran Saturday with Sue for an hour... I think we got 6 miles in just under an hour. I could really start feeling some twinges in my hip. I don't think I am completely recovered so I will have to take it slow and make sure I don't re injure. I will try to keep you posted.

I was up and out the door at 5:00 am!!! A nice 4 miles around the hood. I can't believe how much fitness I have lost, and how hard it is getting it back!!
