Ran the WRC half marathon. Got stitches in my side at mile 7 - 8. Totally bonked at mile ten, felt like total crap. Finished in 1:57:21. I thought for sure I would be over 2.

Good job on the race. When you enter a race report there is a little box up at the top you click. Then it will track your races for you and you can easily compare them when you click on my races.

You were not the only one who struggled after mile 10. Everybody does to some extent in any half marathon regardless of how fast they are. Additionally, in this particular one this is where the headwind really picked up. But you still managed to run under 2:00! What is your best half-marathon time and on which course?

Thanks everyone. I think I need to pay better attention to what I eat or don't eat. I think that might be part of my problem.

I saw your name on here and then noticed it in the results. It looks like you came in a little over a minute ahead of me. I didn't realize there were other bloggers near me. I wish I would have known so I could meet you. You need to put some more info on the side so we can see some of your accomplishments and goals. It will be fun to get to know you. Great job on the race! Side stitches are the worst! Way to make it through them!

I'm still trying to figure this forum out. Not very computer smart and I can't figure out how to add my ifo to the side :(

I couldn't do it on mine until I downloaded firefox from the right side of this screen. Maybe that will help you out.
